The Office Assistant will receive a salary of $40,000 depending on skills and experience. Select Bankcard also hosts multiple events for its employees every year.WORK DESCRIPTION
The Office Assistant is a proactive multitasker with strong communication skills, capable of contributing to a smooth and welcoming office environment. This role will work full-time from our Lehi, UT office, with their choice of work schedule from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. This role is responsible for:- Monitoring the office for any needed care or maintenance; scheduling repair as needed
- Managing inventory of office supplies and snacks; ordering and distributing office supplies as necessary
- Maintaining office equipment and appliances, including various drink machines
- Assisting with occasional in-office and offsite event planning for sales, human resources, and company events
- Assisting management with miscellaneous tasks – ordering/picking up lunch, printing, mailing, purchasing, etc.
- Booking hotel reservations, flights, car rentals, etc. for company travel
- Processing, sorting, and routing incoming and outgoing mail
- Helping with occasional order pickups, drop-offs, and errands
- Maintaining and monitoring office budget; submitting monthly expense report
- Coordinating massage schedule for monthly company massages
- Performing administrative tasks, such as updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research for management’s projects
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of relevant work experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle, occasional driving may be required
